Visiting Stephenson Cancer Center

Before your next visit with us, we want to make you aware of the safety measures we have in place to help protect you and your family. We have carefully made each decision with your safety and health in mind. Patient tool flyer (PDF)

Visitors are permitted only when medically necessary

If you have a medical need for a visitor, please contact us at (405-271-1112) before your appointment so that we may evaluate your request.

If you require transportation assistance but do not have a medical need for a
caregiver during your visit, you may be dropped off in the circle drive of the cancer center or your loved one may wait in our parking garage.

Virtual assistance

We understand that there is a lot to consider during your medical treatment and care. If you would like for someone to listen in on your visit virtually, we encourage you to call a loved one during your appointment.

Our valet service will be happy to park your vehicle, or you may park in any of the designated patient parking areas of our garage.
Please remember that our valet attendants are taking extra precautions which may add a few minutes to your visit.

Please allow a few extra minutes to commute to your appointment. When you
arrive, our friendly staff will screen you for signs and symptoms of COVID-19
before you enter our building.

For your safety, everyone inside the cancer center must wear a mask. If you do not have a mask to wear during your visit, we will provide one for you to use. We ask that you wear this mask at all times during your visit. Approved mask flyer (PDF)

Physical distancing

When using our elevators and selecting a seat in the waiting areas, please try to keep a safe distance away from others. For your safety, elevator capacities are limited.

Hand hygiene

Please wash your hands often and use the complimentary hand sanitizer stations available throughout the cancer center.
